Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of parks.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Lead check-ins and training to drive feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons and inventory change.
• Stay calm during peak season and manage high booking volume.
• Document follow-ups and keep CRM records up to date.
• Create guides, FAQs, and self-service help docs.
• Identify at-risk accounts and work to retain customers.
• Share feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
