Atomic HR is seeking a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of parks, answering questions, solving problems, and guiding operators to adopt more platform features. You will maintain strong relationships, draft useful guides, and ensure customers stay deployed with the platform year after year.

Ideal candidates bring customer-facing experience in SaaS, a calm, solutions-first mindset, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as CS, AM, support, or onboarding.
• Ability to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training to drive feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons or inventory change.
• Stay calm during peak-season rushes and keep CRM records up to date.
• Create guides and FAQs from recurring questions.
• Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive steps to retain customers.
• Share feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
