Atomic HR is seeking a proactive Customer Success specialist to own a portfolio of parks. You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, and train operators to use more features. You’ll write clear notes and help operators adapt as seasons change.

You’ll join a lean, hands-on team offering remote work, USD compensation based on experience, and growth pathways into senior customer success roles as you help small outdoor hospitality businesses grow and thrive.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS.
• Able to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong troubleshooting and a calm, solutions-first attitude.
• Tech-savvy with a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Patient, supportive approach with customers of all technical levels.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to promote feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons, rates, or site inventory change.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes.
• Write follow-up notes and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Turn recurring questions into guides, FAQs, and simple help documentation.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and work proactively to keep customers happy.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
