Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot bookings, payments, and availability.
• Lead check-ins and training to drive feature adoption.
• Adjust customer setups as seasons or inventory change.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes.
• Write clear follow-up notes and keep CRM records up to date.
• Turn recurring questions into guides, FAQs, and simple help documentation.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and proactively drive retention.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
