Atomic Hr is seeking a customer success professional to manage a portfolio of parks, answer questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, and train customers on new features. You’ll help operators grow their use of the platform while maintaining high satisfaction across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally SaaS.
• Ability to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, solutions-first attitude.
• Tech-savvy with a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Patient, supportive approach with customers of all technical levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot issues with bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to drive feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons, rates, or inventory change.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes.
• Write clear follow-up notes and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Turn recurring questions into guides, FAQs, or simple help docs.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and proactively retain customers.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the platform.
