Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success specialist to keep a portfolio of parks successful after onboarding. You will answer questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, and help operators maximize platform adoption.

This role is remote with overlap for calls and team collaboration, offering USD compensation based on experience. Ideal candidates have prior customer-facing SaaS experience, strong English communication, and a calm, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS.
Comfort learning software in depth and explaining it to non-technical users.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, solutions-first attitude.
Tech-savvy, process-oriented mindset.
Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts.
Patient, supportive approach with customers of all technical levels.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of active customers.
Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
Run check-ins and training sessions to drive feature adoption.
Help operators adjust setup as seasons or inventory change.
Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes.
Write clear follow-up notes and maintain CRM records.
Create FAQs or guides from recurring questions.
Identify at-risk accounts and proactively stabilize relationships.
Share customer feedback to inform product and engineering.
