BETWEEN is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage B2B clients in the company\'s 3D printing service model. You will ensure value realization, renewals, and portfolio health while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong English, 2+ years in customer success or related roles, and a proactive approach to customer advocacy. Remote-friendly in Mexico or Colombia.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1+) is required for daily collaboration with international teams and customers.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B post-sale roles.
• Experience handling challenging or dissatisfied customers and turning around conversations.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer onboarding after contract signature.
• Be the main point of contact for customers: questions, issues and escalations.
• Manage difficult conversations with unhappy customers and turn them around.
• Coordinate with internal teams (subscriptions, technical support, billing, sales operations) to solve issues.
• Drive renewals, retention and account growth.
• Track customer health and report on your portfolio.
