Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Customer Success Manager to partner with customers in Mexico, ensuring they maximize value from our IoT platform. You will drive success plans, manage renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver ongoing impact.

This role requires 2–5 years in CS/AM/consulting, fluent Spanish and English, and experience with technical products. Remote work is available with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or consulting role.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Spanish and English fluency
• IA tools fluency (Claude/ Pilot/ Gemini, others)

Responsibilities

• Be on the front-lines and ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations with Samsara's IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers outlining objectives, metrics, timelines, and removing barriers to value.
• Orchestrate renewal-focused business reviews with customers.
• Explain Samsara platform capabilities to businesses across industries.
• Mitigate escalations and resolve customer issues.
• Provide answers to general inquiries and questions.
• Handle product/service escalations across channels with strong writing and phone skills.
• Prioritize work queue and backlog alongside incoming requests.
• Deliver excellent service from initial request to final close.
• Champion Samsara's culture and growth mindset across a global team
