Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join a fully remote team in Mexico. You will manage a portfolio of clients, onboarding them to our SaaS platform and guiding ongoing adoption and engagement.

You will monitor usage, conduct business reviews, and provide best-practices guidance, collaborating with sales, product, and support to ensure client success and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles in SaaS.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and guide adoption of SaaS products.
• Onboard new clients and ensure understanding of product features and benefits.
• Monitor client usage and engagement, identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions for clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor, providing best practices for platform use.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support to advocate for client needs.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
