Job summary

Atomic Hr seeks a customer-success focused professional to manage a portfolio of park operators using our all-in-one booking and hospitality platform. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and help customers adopt more features to grow their business.

Remote role with overlap for customer calls and team collaboration. You will build strong relationships, write clear notes in the CRM, and spot at-risk accounts early to keep customers happy. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS.
• Ability to learn software and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and a calm, solutions-first attitude.
• Organized with multi-account follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to help customers adopt features.
• Help operators adjust their setup as seasons, rates, or site inventory change.
• Stay calm and responsive during peak-season rushes, when every booking counts.
• Write clear follow-up notes and keep customer records up to date in the CRM.
• Turn recurring questions into guides, FAQs, and simple help documentation.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and work proactively to keep customers happy.
• Share customer feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
