Job summary

You will stay responsive during peak seasons and keep records up to date in the CRM, ensuring customers remain supported and engaged.

This role is remote with overlap for team calls and growth opportunities into senior customer success tracks. Prior SaaS customer-facing experience and clear English communication are essential.

• Experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to learn software in depth and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, solutions-first mindset.
• A tech-savvy, process-oriented approach.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Patient, supportive approach with customers of all tech levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to boost feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons and inventory change.
• Stay calm during peak-season rushes and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Create follow-up notes and maintain customer records.
• Convert recurring questions into guides and FAQs.
• Identify at-risk accounts and proactively keep customers happy.
• Share feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
