Native Pest Management is seeking a polite, professional Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support customers via calls, messages, and email in a remote role. You will collaborate with management, technicians, and sales to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, scheduling services, resolving issues, collecting payments, and coordinating with field staff. A strong phone presence, reliable Wi-Fi, and a 50 WPM typing speed are required;

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and troubleshoot service problems.
• Schedule services and inspections with customers and sales team.
• Respond to calls, texts, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Coordinate with field technicians for service scheduling.
• Collect payments and follow up on past due accounts.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
