Resolv Global is seeking a customer care professional for a fully remote role. You will communicate with customers across phone, email, webchat, and social channels to resolve inquiries about orders, billing, product information, returns, and general account support.

The position emphasizes empathetic, clear communication in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong English skills and experience in customer service are preferred, with flexibility for weekends and varied schedules.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency expected for written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.

• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, billing questions, and product information.
• Enter customer and order data accurately into internal systems.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain logs of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and support sales initiatives.
