HireHawk Inc. is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a New York-based business while working remotely from Mexico. You will verify sales orders, pricing, costs, and customer data, initially focusing on back-end tasks and gradually taking on more direct customer communication.

You’ll investigate any discrepancies, confirm details, and raise questions when information doesn’t add up, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Previous customer service or operational support experience.
• Advanced English across speaking, writing and reading.
• Strong numerical skills with percentages, costs and margins.
• Excellent accuracy when comparing orders, prices, costs, spreadsheets, and other business data.
• Ability to recognize unusual or incorrect figures and investigate them before proceeding.
• Professional written communication and confidence asking questions when information is unclear.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and review sales orders accurately, ensuring complete information before processing.
• Validate customer pricing against price sheets, product costs, freight charges, warehouse costs, and other costs.
• Identify pricing, cost, margin, and order discrepancies before they cause issues.
• Perform basic calculations involving percentages, costs, margins, multiplication, and division to verify orders.
• Investigate inconsistent information and escalate for resolution.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling large volumes of order data.
• Support customer inquiries professionally via email as you learn the business.
• Gradually handle occasional inbound/outbound customer calls as comfortable with products and processes.
• Learn workflows to recognize when something does not look right.
