HireHawk is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Omnichannel team remotely. You will own critical administrative, operational, and project coordination work across e-commerce initiatives and partner communications.

This hands-on role requires you to anticipate needs, follow through with minimal reminders, and contribute to strategic growth. Compensation is USD 1,600–2,100 per month, DOE, for a full-time contractor.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for building and analyzing reports.
• Experience managing executive inboxes, calendars, priorities, and confidential information.
• Excellent project coordination skills with a track record of following through without reminders.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT with good judgment and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Founder’s inbox, calendar, scheduling, and daily administrative priorities.
• Support the Founder and Omnichannel Account Manager with organized operational tasks.
• Coordinate multiple projects from start to finish with clear owners and deadlines.
• Conduct market and competitor research and translate findings into decision-ready reports.
• Build and analyze spreadsheets and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Follow up with vendors, customers, and partners until tasks are completed.
• Draft professional emails and manage timely responses and follow-ups.
• Assist pricing, product launches, and operational initiatives with margin awareness.
• Support operations across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Walgreens, TikTok Shop and other channels.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and similar AI tools to improve speed and quality while validating calculations.
