Redwood Logistics in Monterrey is seeking an Operations Customer Service Representative to support our Mexico customers with daily operational duties. You will coordinate carrier capacity, update loads in the TMS, and provide timely status notices to clients.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment with some after-hours coverage. English proficiency and cross-border logistics experience are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of logistics operations experience, cross-border MX/US/CAN.
• English proficiency at least 80%.
• BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate carrier operations to ensure daily capacity and status updates.
• Record loads, tenders, and rate confirmations in the TMS.
• Provide customers with visibility and updated status reports.
• Coordinate with carriers for regular updates and tracking reports.
• Assist with border documents and delivery scheduling as needed.
