We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee and run day-to-day operations end-to-end.

This is a high-ownership, operator role, ideal for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams and can independently manage and scale store operations. You will be responsible for the full order-to-delivery pipeline, customer operations, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end
• Oversee the full order lifecycle: order intake → production → fulfillment → delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and fulfillment partners
• Manage customer operations, including issue resolution and communication
• Lead and manage a small remote/offshore team
• Implement and optimize operational processes and workflows
• Ensure order accuracy, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Support project management initiatives across operations and fulfillment
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Shopify operations experience (a must)
• Experience in B2B e‑commerce environments (bulk/custom orders)
• Proven ability to manage fulfillment coordination and logisticsExperience managing customer operations and post‑purchase workflows
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working in a $3M+ revenue e‑commerce brand
• Ability to operate as a generalist across operations

• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Close CRM or similar e‑commerce/CRM platforms
