HireHawk is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator for a New York-based business. This remote, full-time role focuses on processing sales orders, pricing, and customer data with accuracy and efficiency.

You will investigate discrepancies, validate pricing against sheets, costs, and freight, and gradually handle inbound/outbound customer communications as you learn the business. Hours follow CT, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Previous customer service or operational support experience.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Strong numerical skills with percentages, costs and margins.
• Excellent accuracy when comparing orders, prices and data.
• Ability to investigate unusual figures before proceeding.
• Professional written communication and questioning when unclear.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and review sales orders with complete customer, product, and pricing data.
• Validate pricing against price sheets, costs, and freight charges.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing, costs, margins, and orders.
• Perform basic percentage and cost calculations to verify orders.
• Investigate incorrect information and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high accuracy handling large volumes of data.
• Support customer inquiries via email; later handle calls.
• Learn logistics and order management workflows.
