Redwood Logistics in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Client Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations for key customer accounts within Managed Services. You will learn transportation management processes for LTL, Truckload and Intermodal, perform load planning, data entry, shipment tracking, and respond to customer requests by email and phone.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• 1-2 years of business experience in a bilingual environment.
• Basic knowledge of load building, planning, and customer service.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to Redwood’s customers in every interaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including data entry, load planning, shipment tracking, and issue management.
• Learn and understand our transportation management systems and processes.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Freight Audit & Pay teams.
• Proactively communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
