Alorica in Mexico is seeking a Customer Experience Agent (Remote) to support customers in English. You will handle inquiries across channels, listen actively, and provide accurate information while maintaining records and adhering to client requirements.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, empathy, and the ability to work with multiple systems. High school diploma preferred, and some customer service experience is nice to have.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Communicate via channels established for the client program.
• Listen actively to identify needs and provide accurate information.
• Address questions and concerns per procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to resolutions.
• De-escalate when needed and follow escalation paths.
• Process transactions and follow up on requests.
• Document interactions in required systems.
