Job summary

BETWEEN Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a 100% remote role across Mexico and Colombia. You will manage B2B post-sales relationships, ensuring customers derive value, renew and grow the account.

You will collaborate with subscriptions, technical support, billing and sales ops to resolve issues, drive health metrics and report on your portfolio. Fluency in English is essential for daily international engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1+) required for daily interaction with international teams and customers.
• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or B2B post-sales roles.
• Strong organization and ownership of a customer portfolio.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or similar).

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers: questions, issues and escalations.
• Manage difficult conversations with unhappy customers and turn them around.
• Coordinate with internal teams (subscriptions, technical support, billing, sales operations) to solve issues.
• Drive renewals, retention and account growth.
• Track customer health and report on your portfolio.
