Gordian Staffing Careers is seeking a Construction Coordinator for a remote position serving SMBs in the US and Canada. You will coordinate reconstruction projects from initiation to completion, manage timelines and budgets, and liaise with project managers, subs, customers, and insurers.

Occasional visits to CDMX or GDL offices may be required. Ideal candidates have at least two years in business, strong customer service, and proficiency with common business software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of business experience.
• Experience with business software technologies.
• Excellent customer service, administrative and verbal/written communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, billing, and status.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, customers, insurance representatives, and stakeholders.
• Assist with estimates, change orders, supplements, billing, and project reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records and schedules.
• Ensure required uploads, approvals, subcontractor documents, insurance, and licensing requirements are met.
• Document project communications and updates in applicable systems.
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the Construction Department.
