Job summary

HyreUp is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our LatAm team. This fully remote role supports project administration, client communications, and coordination with Project Managers across multiple construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills and a background in construction administration. The role involves client-facing calls, documentation reviews, and reporting while ensuring compliance and timely project setup through final billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction-related roles with CSR and customer-facing communication.
• English fluency with neutral accent for client calls.
• Strong organizational and data-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for quotes and project details.
• Coordinate project administration and assist Project Managers.
• Review project documentation and ensure compliance forms are completed.
• Prepare purchase orders and track schedules/budgets.
• Collaborate weekly with Project Managers on file progress and billing.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.
