Qualifications

• Solid background in the construction industry in a Project Coordinator/Project Assistant role.
• CSR and customer-facing communication experience is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and confirm full scope during calls.
• Assist Project Managers with project setup and documentation.
• Review project files for compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare purchase orders and track schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on progress and billing.
