Job summary

Mendoza Companies seeks an experienced professional to provide Office Coordination Services focused on Construction Project Controls. This is an Independent Contractor engagement supporting active construction operations, coordinating documentation, submittals, RFIs, and billing, to keep records accurate and decision-ready.

You will work remotely from outside the United States, supporting cross-border projects with English communication and project data visualization.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination, project controls, or construction documentation.
• Experience in U.S. construction project environments.
• Submittals, procurement, RFIs, change documentation, or billing support.
• Maintaining accurate and traceable project records.
• Project reporting, dashboards, or scorecards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with Procore, ClickUp, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project documentation and communication tracking.
• Track material submittals and procurement.
• Handle RFIs and change order documentation.
• Support billing and change documentation.
• Maintain field documentation and daily logs.
• Provide project visibility through issue tracking and dashboards.
• Prepare scorecards and organize project data.
