Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Community Operations Sr Analyst to support the Trailblazer Community Groups program. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and streamline logistics for volunteer leaders across in-person and virtual events, collaborating with Events, Marketing, Product, and other teams.

You will work with Community Managers, Operations Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent, responsive community experience while contributing to global programs including the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B community operations, customer support or customer success, with a track record of helping support user group, ambassador, or advocacy communities
• Operational thinker who proactively improves processes and creates thoughtful program experiences
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize requests in a remote environment
• Self-starter who builds relationships, takes initiative, and uses sound judgment to act independently
• Flexible and adaptable, with ability to adjust priorities as community needs evolve
• Strong communication skills, English required (other languages a bonus)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using spreadsheets or reporting tools to track KPIs
• Customer-focused approach, empathy and patience to understand people's needs
• Collaborative teammate who shares knowledge and works across teams
• Curious and eager to learn about how people connect in communities

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions promptly, and coordinate escalations with the appropriate teams
• Support group leaders through onboarding, offboarding, and everyday Slack-based support
• Help leaders navigate event tools, program processes, and logistical questions
• Serve as the first line of defense for questions from the Trailblazer Community
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to simplify workflows and strengthen leader experience
• Create and maintain documentation to support community initiatives
• Identify trends, maintain records and help prepare reports for performance insights
