Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Community Operations Analyst to support Trailblazer Community leaders and programs across global time zones. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and streamline program logistics so leaders can focus on engaging members and building welcoming spaces for learning and connection.

You will collaborate with Events, Marketing, Product, and other teams to deliver a consistent community experience and contribute to broader Trailblazer Community initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B community operations, customer support or customer success.
• Proven track record supporting user groups, ambassadors, or advocacy communities.
• Operational thinker who improves processes and creates thoughtful program experiences.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions promptly, and coordinate escalations.
• Support group leaders through onboarding, offboarding, and daily Slack support.
• Help leaders navigate event tools and program processes for great member experiences.
• Serve as first line of defense for questions from the Trailblazer Community.
• Identify recurring issues and propose workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation to support community initiatives.
• Prepare reports to track performance and prioritize improvements.
