Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Community Operations Analyst to support the Trailblazer Community Groups program. You will assist volunteer leaders, answer questions, resolve issues, and streamline event and program logistics to help members connect and learn.

You’ll collaborate with Operations Analysts and Community Managers across Events, Marketing, Product, and other teams to deliver a consistent, responsive community experience, including Salesforce MVP initiatives and Slack community work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B community operations, customer support or customer success.
• Operational thinker who proactively improves processes and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a remote environment.
• Self-starter who collaborates, takes initiative and escalates when needed.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions, and coordinate escalations.
• Support group leaders through onboarding and Slack-based assistance.
• Help leaders navigate event tools and program processes for great member experiences.
• Serve as the first line of defense for Trailblazer Community queries.
• Identify recurring issues and simplify workflows to strengthen leader experience.
• Create and maintain documentation for community initiatives and team use.
• Prepare reports to track performance and guide improvements.
