Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Community Operations Analyst to support the Trailblazer Community Groups program worldwide, collaborating with events, marketing, product, and other teams. You’ll help leaders with onboarding, events, and day-to-day questions to create welcoming spaces for members to learn and engage.

The role covers APAC, EMEA, and AMER, with occasional early meetings and travel for events. Strong communications, data focus, and cross-team cooperation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B community operations, customer support, or success.
• Operational thinker who improves processes and programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions, and coordinate with teams.
• Support group leaders through onboarding, offboarding, and Slack support.
• Help leaders navigate event tools and processes so they deliver great member experiences.
• Serve as the first line of defense for questions from the Trailblazer Community.
• Improve workflows by identifying recurring issues and simplifying processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for community initiatives and teams.
• Identify trends, maintain records, and help prepare performance reports.
