Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Community Operations Sr Analyst to support Trailblazer Community Leaders across global programs. You’ll triage cases, onboard and assist leaders, guide use of event tools, and help streamline workflows.

You’ll collaborate with Events, Marketing, Product, and other teams to deliver a consistent community experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B community ops or customer success, strong English communication, data-driven mindset, and a collaborative attitude.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B community operations, customer support or customer success.
• Operational thinker who improves processes and experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a remote environment.
• Self-starter who collaborates across teams and escalates appropriately.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and triage incoming cases, resolve questions, and coordinate escalations.
• Support group leaders through onboarding, offboarding and daily Slack support.
• Help leaders navigate event tools, workflows, and logistics to deliver great experiences.
• Serve as first line of defense for community questions.
• Identify recurring issues and help simplify workflows for leaders and team.
• Create and maintain documentation to support community initiatives.
• Identify trends, maintain records, and prepare reports for performance insights.
