Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Business Operations Manager to implement AI workflows and run the execution layer of the Head of Firm Management's portfolio. You will translate inbound requests into a ranked, actionable list and ensure timely delivery of decisions and commitments.

The role requires coordinating with partners, senior lawyers and business services, maintaining discretion with sensitive information, and building robust operating rhythms across leadership teams.

Formación

• Experience in business operations, chief of staff, strategy or operations roles working directly to a senior leader, with the authority to act rather than to relay.
• Ability to create working methods within established frameworks while maintaining discretion and professional judgment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse parties.

Responsabilidades

• AI-Driven Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by refining workflows and integrating AI tools for tracking, briefing, and coordination.
• Demand and Priority Management: Own inbound partner requests and firm issues, deciding what reaches the Head of Firm Management with reasons.
• Leadership Operating Rhythm: Run planning cycles and leadership meetings; design cadence for the portfolio.
• Decision Support: Prepare concise, decision-ready briefings and status summaries to enable quick and confident actions.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate gaps and delays and resolve them before they surface.
