Creative Chaos is seeking a Principal AI Process Orchestrator to decide how humans and AI share work, and to design and ship the supporting systems.

You will front engagements with senior client leaders, map workflows, design future states, and guide associates to deploy first automations within 60 days, while managing 3-4 concurrent portfolios. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong business and technical fluency.

Formación

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant.
• Deep AI-native experience with real agents; familiarity with Claude Code and tool selection.
• Portfolio of github projects or deployed agents showing hands-on work.
• Business-native English with executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements end-to-end; be the face of the engagement to executives.
• Map the business and identify workflows where AI can change economics.
• Design the future state of workflows with humans and agents, including handoffs.
• Ship the implementation and guide associates to deploy automation within 60 days.
• Grow the engagement by aligning Build pods, Rescue, or ongoing support.
• Own the outcome with measurable client impact metrics.
