Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking an Operations Manager (Agile & AI-Enhanced) to streamline daily workflows for US-based clients. This fully remote LATAM role leverages AI to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and automate tasks while applying Agile/Scrum to deliver projects on time.

You will manage cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and track KPIs with modern PM tools like Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com, ensuring scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management or related roles.
• Experience managing daily operations, workflows, teams, and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to create SOPs, plans, reports, and automate tasks.
• Experience with AI meeting assistants such as Otter.ai or Fireflies.ai.
• Advanced English (C1), written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile or Scrum certifications.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in digital-first or remote companies.
• KPI tracking, operational dashboards, and process improvement experience.
