Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking an Operations Manager to streamline daily workflows and ensure project delivery for US-based clients. You will blend executive strategy with hands-on execution using Agile methods and Generative AI to automate documentation and optimize task delegation.

The role focuses on leveraging AI tools to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and produce weekly performance insights while coordinating across cross-functional teams. A tech-forward, organized leader is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations/PM or similar in a digital-first company.
• Proven experience using Generative AI to boost productivity.
• Expertise with modern PM software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with certifications a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) to lead meetings and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive, tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and generate weekly reports.
• Implement and manage Agile/Scrum frameworks tailored to company needs.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy AI automations to reduce manual tasks.
• Manage the company’s tech stack and align cross-functional teams.
• Track operational KPIs to drive data-driven decisions across departments.
