Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking an Operations Manager to streamline daily workflows for US-based clients, leveraging Agile and AI tools. This role bridges strategy and execution, driving efficient, scalable processes across teams in a fully remote LATAM setup.

You will lead implementation of Agile/Scrum, guide AI-powered SOPs, and optimize task delegation while ensuring data-driven decision making and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations or project management in a digital-first company.
• Proven use of Generative AI to boost productivity.
• Experience with Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
• Agile methodologies expertise; Scrum/Kanban.
• Advanced English (C1) for meetings and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth processes and on-time delivery.
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and generate weekly reports.
• Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks tailored to company needs.
• Map workflows and deploy AI-assisted automations to reduce admin tasks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage tech stack.
• Track KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
