Job summary

Cobalto Talent seeks an Operations Manager (Agile & AI-Enhanced) to streamline workflows and ensure timely project delivery for US-based clients. The role blends executive strategy with hands-on execution, leveraging AI to automate SOPs, summarize meetings, and optimize task delegation.

You will manage daily operations, drive data-informed decisions, and steer cross-functional teams in a 100% remote LATAM setup. Strong English, Agile experience, and AI proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role in a digital-first company.
• Proven experience using Generative AI to boost productivity and automate tasks.
• Expertise with modern project management software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) to lead meetings and negotiations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project delivery aligns with deadlines.
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and generate weekly reports.
• Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks tailored to company needs.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy AI-assisted automations.
• Manage the tech stack and coordinate cross-functional teams for clear communication.
