Job summary

Cobalto Talent is seeking an Operations Manager (Agile & AI-Enhanced) to streamline workflows for US-based clients. This position is 100% remote for LATAM-based professionals, bridging executive strategy with team execution using AI tools to automate documentation and reporting.

You will implement Agile frameworks, map workflows, track KPIs, manage the tech stack, and lead cross-functional teams. Advanced English required; 3–5 years in operations or project management; experience with AI tools

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management or Project Management in a digital-first company.
• Proven experience using Generative AI to boost personal and team productivity (e.g., writing prompts for project plans).
• Expertise with modern PM software (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) and collaboration tools.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certifications are a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken; able to lead meetings.
• Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Use AI tools to draft SOPs, summarize transcripts, and generate weekly reports.
• Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks tailored to company needs.
• Map workflows and deploy AI-assisted automations to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Manage the company's tech stack and align cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs and drive data-driven decisions across departments.
