Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role, leading day‑to‑day delivery of BPO projects, ownership, and client communication to keep teams aligned with expectations.

You will report to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations and work with clients, team leads, and leadership to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. This English‑speaking, remote role offers exposure to senior leadership and a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BPO experience essential.
• Experience managing BPO projects, programs, accounts, teams, or operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and address issues impacting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
