Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role focused on delivering BPO projects and strengthening client relationships. You will own day‑to‑day delivery, coordinate with clients and internal teams, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while maintaining proactive, professional communication with leadership and stakeholders.

This role emphasizes ownership and accountability in a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a BPO environment.
• Experience in managing BPO projects, programs, or teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues impacting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor project and operational KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance, quality, productivity, attendance, and service delivery.
• Manage operational escalations and drive issue resolution.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, risks, and action plans to leadership and clients.
• Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to avoid gaps.
• Review performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support coaching, accountability, and performance improvements across teams.
• Ensure client processes, requirements, and expectations are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems and keep projects moving forward.
• Provide regular visibility into project health, performance, and risks.
• Take ownership of problems and work toward practical solutions.
