Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive performance improvements while maintaining proactive client communication.

The ideal candidate has BPO experience, strong English communication, and a proven ability to own project outcomes in a fully remote setup. This role reports to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• BPO experience essential with understanding of pace and demands.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
• Proactive problem-solving and escalation-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and communicate updates to leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure teams meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to address performance and service-delivery concerns.
• Manage escalations and drive issues to resolution.
• Provide regular visibility into project health and risks.
