Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, work with clients to align priorities, and drive performance with an emphasis on client success and proactive communication.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in BPO environments, and the ability to manage multiple teams remotely while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BPO environment with client-facing responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing BPO projects, programs or accounts.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and operational metrics used to drive results.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of BPO projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships and trust.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure teams meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to address performance and quality issues.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
• Track action items and deadlines to prevent gaps.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support coaching and accountability across teams.
• Ensure client processes and expectations are followed.
