Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, work closely with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has BPO project management experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, independent work style suited for a remote environment. English resumes required.

• Proven experience working in a BPO environment.
• Experience managing BPO projects, programs, accounts, teams, or operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Experience working with clients or supporting Client Success.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and escalation-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Team Leads, supervisors, agents, or other operational teams.
• Strong follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
• A proactive approach and ownership mindset.
• The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Identify and address issues impacting client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
• Manage operational escalations and follow through to resolution.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and plans to leadership and clients.
• Track action items and deadlines to prevent gaps.
• Review performance data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support coaching and accountability across teams.
• Ensure client processes and expectations are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
