Job summary

Resolv Global in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for a fully remote role. You will manage day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, build strong client relationships, and work directly with the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations to align priorities and drive performance.

You will monitor KPIs, identify risks, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing BPO projects or accounts.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients.
• Proactive problem solving and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues impacting satisfaction or performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
