Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will own day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, working with clients and internal teams to meet expectations and KPIs.

The role emphasizes client success, proactive issue resolution, and clear communication with leadership. Reporting to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations, you will manage priorities, performance, and client needs while ensuring processes and expectations are consistently

Qualifications

Proven experience in a BPO environment and managing BPO projects.
Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and targets.
Experience working with clients or supporting Client Success.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of BPO projects.
Build and maintain professional client relationships and communicate updates to leadership.
Monitor KPIs and coordinate teams to address performance and quality concerns.
Manage escalations and ensure follow-through to resolution.
Provide visibility into project health and risks.
