Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking experienced Trainers to join our growing, fully remote healthcare BPO supporting a US-based program. This role focuses on engaging learners, explaining processes clearly, and preparing customer experience representatives to perform confidently in a live healthcare environment. You will deliver virtual training, monitor progress, and provide coaching, with English and Spanish communications.

Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours and using Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Previous BPO training experience required.
• Healthcare/customer experience training is essential.
• At least 1 year of remote work experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach diverse learners.
• Comfortable delivering training virtually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training to new customer experience representatives.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions using Teams.
• Explain processes and expectations clearly.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching.
• Maintain training records and progress.
• Prepare hires to transition from training to production.
• Support learner readiness with team leads.
