CobaltoTalent is hiring a bilingual Payroll & HR Assistant to support remote payroll and HR tasks for US-based clients from Mexico. You will work with hourly workers and handle payroll processing, onboarding, and HR administration in English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in payroll or HR admin, strong Excel, and a discreet approach to confidential data. This remote role offers the flexibility to serve diverse crews across industries.

Formación

• 2+ years in payroll or HR administration for hourly workers.
• Advanced English (B2+ preferential) and fluent Spanish.
• Discretion with confidential data and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills for data entry and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Process and review weekly or biweekly payroll inputs.
• Enter payroll data in client systems and prepare for approval.
• Handle new hires, rate changes, deductions, garnishments, and terminations.
• Respond to employee pay questions in Spanish or English.
• Prepare onboarding packets and track I-9 and W-4 completion.
• Maintain employee files and PTO balances; translate notices into Spanish.
