Job summary

CobaltoTalent is hiring a bilingual dispatcher to work remotely from Mexico for US home-service and construction contractors. You will manage scheduling, book calls, and ensure smooth operations for crews in the field.

Expect to handle English and Spanish communications, coordinate with field teams, and maintain accurate job notes and invoices. This role supports a remote, international workflow with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, customer service or a call center.
• Advanced spoken English (B2+).
• Native or fluent Spanish.
• Comfortable juggling calls, messages and a live schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and emails; book service appointments and estimates.
• Build and adjust the daily schedule for technicians and crews in field service software.
• Dispatch jobs, track arrival times and update customers on delays or changes.
• Coordinate with Spanish-speaking crews and English-speaking customers, translating details accurately.
• Confirm next-day appointments and follow up on open estimates.
• Keep job records complete: notes, photos, parts used, invoices ready for billing.
• Escalate emergencies, complaints and scheduling conflicts.
