Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team for a fully remote, full-time role based in Mexico. You will respond to patient inquiries across phone, email, text, and chat, schedule appointments, provide clear instructions, and help keep records organized.

The position requires 1+ year in customer service or patient support, strong written English and Spanish, and proven remote-work capability.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of customer service or patient support experience.
• Experience working fully remotely with multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient inquiries via calls, email, text, and web chat.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and changes.
• Provide clear pre- and post-appointment instructions.
• Follow up to ensure patients have needed information.
• Support clinic operations with coordination and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
• Handle multiple channels calmly and professionally.
