Resolv Global is hiring Bilingual Patient Services Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, perform outbound outreach, verify insurance, and document interactions accurately while following approved scripts and workflows.

This English/Spanish role requires patient‑centered communication, meticulous data entry, and adherence to SOPs in a high‑accountability, remote work setting.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, workflows.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments according to provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for appointment follow-ups, wellness visits, and other engagement campaigns.
• Follow approved scripts for results‑call workflows and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior‑authorization workflows within the assigned scope.
• Conduct Medicare, MIPS, HEDIS, and other patient outreach activities.
• Document calls and outcomes in the appropriate systems.
