Resolv Global is seeking a bilingual Patient Services Representative to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will serve as a key contact for patients and providers, handling inbound calls and proactive outbound outreach, helping with appointments, follow-ups, and nonclinical questions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Excellent organization, data entry accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to learn and follow scripts, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Reliable attendance and strong schedule adherence.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑ups and outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per approved scripts.
• Support insurance verification and prior‑authorization workflows.
• Document calls and patient interactions accurately in EMR systems.
• Communicate needs and escalations to office staff.
